I also tried the different scaling modes. Using the NVIDIA Control Panel I checked the box 'Overide the scaling mode set by games and programs'.

I rolled back the drivers to the earliest avalible. Driver: 398.11 released Tue Jun 05, 2018) Did not solve it

Updated my graphics driver to the latest. These are the solutions I have tried (Taken from other posts with similar problems): I have also tried all the other resolutions avalible, but same result. I followed all the instructions, and selected my native resolution of 1920 by 1080 from wsgf. I suspect this is a problem with Resolution Scaling. To clarify this is only a problem after I have installed the Widescreen patch.

Ingame the Control panel is outside of the screen. My mouse cursor is also not where it is suppose to be, it is shifted up to the left. The game screen is larger then my screen, so I cannot see the bottom and right edges. I already played zeus, cleopatra and other city builders years ago, so I started the game on medium which is just good for some pleasure time.
